Returns
You have 14 days calendar days to claim refund if you are not satisfied with our service.
To be eligible for a return, the materials provided should be untampered. You should have the fees receipt given for the service.
Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will look into the materials returned and fees receipt. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting them.
In case a student is dropping out of the course, the refund of admission, registration and material fees will not be entertained at any cause. The tuition fees would be re-funded after deducing the weighted average of number of hours so far completed in the course from the first day of the particular batch
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment)
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Administrative fees
You are responsible for the administrative cost for us to process your documents. Admission fees mentioned in your fee breakup will be utilised for the same.
